"Unclear from the listing that there were different grades of property. Balcony shown in listing photos but this only exists on 1 apartment. No air conditioning & it took 2 weeks for owner to supply fans - during a heat wave!! Some of the apartments had bed bugs & their bedding was in red bags in the lobby for a good few days!
