"We disliked the check-in procedure without an actual reception area. It was very awkward and difficult to communicate with management. The apartment was charming but some improvements could be made: replace the burner with a microwave; provide some towels or paper towels to dry dishes. On the Expedia site it specifically said that both bathrobes and laundry facilities were provided but this was not the case. "The check-in process was unclear and no staff was on site. No code was provided for the six lockboxes outside premises. When Expedia staff had to intervene no I do was provided that the hotel has rooms in other buildings. Another example of a hotel that’s run without staff at the premises and cannot be contacted to resolve an issue. Most terrible check in ever."

"Die Unterkunft ist neu und sehr gut ausgestattet Die Lage ist toll. Alles sehr gepflegt und ansprechend. Was uns aber richtig geärgert hat war, am Tag der Abreise haben wir verschlafen und sind 20 Minuten später angerufen worden das wir die nächste halbe Stunde auschecken sollen. Das haben wir auch gemacht aber die Unterkunft hat einen Teil der Kaution einbehalten weil wir ein wenig zu spät dran waren. Da wir dann sowieso mehr bezahlt haben hätten wir es gut gefunden das wir dann auch wenigsten...

"Really lovely apartment in a quirky area of Eindhoven. Loft with a nice balcony. Comfy bed, walk in shower and a kitchenette. Nice restaurant round the corner (Fifth) and a carpark that was about €10 from 9am to 9pm."
