"The manager was extremely accommodating. We arrived early after sending 12 hours on a night bus. We had huge bags with our bikes in they took in the bags, and got us into the apartment 2 hours early. The apartment was difficult to find. Sign posting would be helpful (something better than the hand written sharpie marker on the door ). The area is developing a mixture of new apartments and tumble down buildings. "I loved the flat. Everything was amazing except that there are some water damage on the ceilings and the one of curtain on the bed was torn. If you want to ventilate the flat, there were mosquitoes so I can understand there is moisture inside the flat due to jacuzzi. But I would still highly recommend this place and I would love to stay here again. As I like to walk so for me location was perfect distance from Diamond mall, city Center and Central bus station"

"Ich habe im März die Villa Lumiere besucht und meine Buchung online abgeschlossen und vollständig bezahlt. Leider musste ich vor Ort erneut bezahlen, da angeblich keine Zahlung eingegangen sei. Trotz mehrfacher Rückfragen wurde mir bis heute der ursprünglich online bezahlte Betrag nicht zurückerstattet. Das ist extrem ärgerlich und enttäuschend – besonders, weil auf meine Nachrichten nur schleppend oder gar nicht reagiert wurde. So ein Umgang mit Kunden ist absolut inakzeptabel. Ich kann die...
