"Very clean!! Can walk to the slopes. It was summer and walked to the lift for the scenic ride. Mexican restaurant easy walking distance. Great view. Can see mountains and watch cars go by. Large TV in living room and bedroom!!"

"It was very clean and fully equipped and very comfortable. If I had to find any negative it would only be the strap to remove basket from coffee pot was missing. That's it was very nice stay. Thanks"

"Perfect for us. 2 dogs and close to town!! Very clean"

"Cabin was adorable and immaculate clean! Cozy inside fireplace, we had it going every evening. Kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to cook and even nice dishes.Location was perfect for all the surrounding towns.Very quiet and peaceful area."

"Need to disclose on listing no AC available. 92 degrees outside and 78 inside at late afternoon."

"Clean and comfortable condo just a short walk from the lift. The unit had everything we needed, and the host communicated everything really well."

"Our stay was for the full month of July. We fully enjoyed our time. Every thing we needed to set up housekeeping was there. The house became our home away from home. The furnishings and atmosphere are a combination of the old along with all the modern comforts. There are endless views, especially out the large living room area window. The movement of the sun and the beautiful clouds of northern NM were continually changing this spectacular view. The view includes 2 ponds, open grassy areas...

"This property is not fit for occupancy. There are multiple trip hazards, fire hazards, and personal injury issues with this facility. Luckily the owner will have likely addressed and remediated these issues for you to see the true beauty and spectacular views in the area. Some of the most beautiful views in New Mexico are in this area. Bring multiple cameras and take photos that are truly capable of filling any decor, rough and rugged, or very eclectic. Dont miss this one once the repairs...

"Great place, had everything you needed! Plus some like the cave facility that provided firepit, snores, tv, games, poker table & shuffle board"

"We had a group of 20 adults and 13 children, so rented out all 10 cabins over the 4th weekend. The kids loved exploring and playing on the property and particularly enjoyed the “cave” main lobby. It was stocked with all sorts of games and toys and the fan favorite smore supplies. We all loved having our own space with a central area were we could gather. We’re already talking about our next adventure at Aspen Springs!"

"Great spot! Spent the night in Santa Fe for a show at the Opera House which is only a couple miles away from the casita. Great place for our little dog too. FYI there is a $50 pet fee ($56 after what I assume is a processing fee) which we didn’t know about until after we booked the property. We would stay here again!"

"We had an incredible stay at Aspen Springs. The accommodations and setting couldn’t be beat. The host was extremely helpful and communicative. We are already looking to book again for next year!"

"Beautiful spot."

"Great location for easy access (15-20 minute walk) to downtown Santa Fe and other nice spots. The casita is stocked with everything you might need. Be aware of the parking as there's a longish gravel driveway that is shared with several neighbors, and some vehicles may not be able to easily turn around in the drive. Some may prefer to park along Galisteo and just walk up the driveway."

"It was a very nice and clean cabin, getting to and from cabin was very easy the management was very helpful, and it was a really good place to stay just a couple miles right outside Angelfire. I would definitely recommend this place and would stay there again in the future"

"Cozy property with a great location."
