"For me, Scarlets was a home away from home. I had a great time staying at Scarlett. The service, from the staff to the management was amazing, and everyone understood how to treat guests with care and respect. The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and welcoming. I would highly recommend Scarlets to anyone looking for a comfortable and family-friendly environment to enjoy great hospitality and service. "Pro-1. Places, clean, attractive, cozy 2. The staff was fairly nice. However…Cons- OMG. 1. False advertisement, there’s no pool, a kitchen but noway to cook! Host INSISTED me to pay for my own cooking fuel and COAL & everything else! Very very penny pitching cheap host that does not know how to conduct a business and customer service 2. To get to the property it was unsafe and very Dark n scary. One had to drive or walk for long American alley blocks to get to the property. 3. The...

"The room was clean and cool. The beds were comfortable with high-quality bedding and pillows. The staff was very accommodating for our early departure. The property has evidence of remodeling attempts, but the finish work could have been better. Overall, we would stay there again! "
