"The check-in and room key access is completely online which is fine if everything works well. The property itself is very clean and well set up. I had trouble unlocking the door which turned out to be my own fault, but it was stressful being stuck in the corridor with no way that I was aware of to get help. An email I sent at the time was answered a few hours later. I ended up waiting in the lobby for someone else to enter the building and they helped me. I also couldn't access wifi when I...

"Clean modern apartment, high-quality cookware, ample dishes, stove and fridge, about a 30-minute tram ride to Vienna's historic centre. Friendly hosts who spoke excellent English. I would stay here again on a future visit to Vienna."

Check in as per instructions but confusing anddifficult to navigate. No staff on site. Spacious room and appreciated dishwasher and washing machine. Shower was leaky and no u bend under kitchen sink resulting in unpleasant odour if plug was not inserted."
