"Extremely rude, unhelpful and unprofessional Hotel management - do not stay here if you want a hotel to care about your well being. On arrival yesterday in a heatwave of 40 degrees the air conditioning was not working on our room. I raised this issue with the manager as it was unbearably hot and uncomfortable in our room.
