"We had a fantastic stay at this property — it was truly beyond our expectations! Our family of four stayed in the basement level one-bedroom, one-bathroom suite, and we were amazed by how spacious it was — over 1,000 square feet! The entire unit is newly renovated, clean, and beautifully maintained. The furnishings are thoughtfully chosen, and the attention to detail is outstanding. The bed linens were 100% cotton and incredibly comfortable. I have to say, the mattress offered excellent support...

"Great location with easy access to all Vancouver has to offer. Sahib was helpful and responded promptly. They were working on the air-conditioning upstairs and the screens while we were there. The icemaker was turned on and ready for us. Cold water in the fridge. We would love to visit again!"

"Excelente casa para hospedarte, cuenta con todo lo necesario para preparar tus alimentos si no quieres salir, la cocina está super equipada, todo muy limpio y ordenado. Es recomendable contactar previamente al propietario para que te den indicaciones precisas para poder acceder a la propiedad. Cuenta con las amenidades necesarias en los baños, toallas suficientes. El propietario muy amable y claro en sus instrucciones. "

"Lower level apartment is clean and new. Neighborhood has good access to UBC, restaurants and beaches. Quiet area with easy street parking. Apartment could benefit from more comfy seating and kitchen supplies."

"The house is modern with every detail attended to. The house maintenance was excellant, including towels and washcloths newer, clean, properly folded and stacked on the bed. The hostess was very polite and patient with me as this was my first expedia bnb rental, she dealt with everything by phone. And getting in was by codes. Nice quiet neighborhood, in the right part of town The only thing I didn't like was the bed was hard."

"Property was in a great location- across from Granville Island. And very walkable to downtown - Gastown, Yaletown. Beaches, Canada Place (free shuttles to Capilano Suspension Bridge and Grouse Mountain, and cruise terminal) and more. Two nights, we walked to Kitsilano and ate at a cheap eat - Cockney King Fish and Chips, and a Michelin One Star and 10th best restaurant in Canada - Anna Lena. All in all, we enjoyed our stay in Vancouver. "

"Unit was not accurately portrayed. Did not feel safe, as there wasn't a security lock on the door. Only stayed 2 of the 6 nights we booked. We stayed at a downtown hotel. "

"The apt is in the backyard of a nice house with beautiful garden. The place is clean, reasonably quiet and private. It's bigger than what the pictures show and is quite comfortable for 2 of us to stay. The host was warm and welcoming and even gave us a ride when ran into each other. We would definitely stay here again next time visiting. Thank you Laura!"
