"Even though, I had pet friendly in my search criteria where this property showed up, I was not advised of a pet fee before checking in and was only advised when checking out. I had no problems personally paying an extra fee, I would have just like to have known up front. The place was perfect for me and my trip to the area. The host was great and even recommended local restaurants. I would definitely stay here again!!!! Jeff 08/26"

"The tiny home was very cosy and charming. Jennifer was friendly and she clearly cares very much about the experiences of her guests. There were lots of personal touches and the cabin was well-stocked with everything needed."

"It is an ideal location, beautifully preserved and old building. Maybe, a box of Kleenex for the bathroom."

"Clean house. Nice updates. Plenty of space. Yard needs grooming and maintenance. Beds were okay for comfort."

"We stayed at the "Farm House" in June and had a great experience. If you're looking for a unique place to stay, this is the perfect choice. The grain bin is decorated tastefully and was very clean. Everything you could possibly need was provided. The location was easy to find and not to far from town if you want to go to dinner or do a little shopping. The owner was quick in responding when I had questions. (Only downside that I could say, was it would have been nice to have a king size bed, but...

"The property was very clean and located perfectly between JP Coleman State Park and Sportmans at the TN Line. Great spot will stay there again."

"We had a great time. The host was easy to get ahold of and very responsive. Six of us stayed there and we had an excellent time!"
