"Very friendly staff. Some issues with our room occasionally but this was dealt with promptly. Food options on offer could be better. I would definitely stay here again. The kids loved it too and made friends with the ladies at the front desk, i cannot praise them enough."

"This was a lovely hotel on the palm. Most staff are very attentive. Rooms exceptionally cleaned regularly. Service in the bar was hit or miss. We managed to have a room right next to the 24/7 construction site. But tbh it was white noise. Imagine some people would not be happy. "

"Room was not cleaned nor bins emptied during our 3 night stay. Toiletries not replenished( just 2 sachets of shampoo). Meals were like school dinners- queue up,food added to your plate, return plate to serving table having emptied any leftovers in bin. Food not haut cuisine, and very carb heavy. Deluxe tents were excellent. Well equipped with plentiful sockets. lovely private bathroom en-suite with shower basin and loo. Lacked tea and coffee making facilities and robes .
