"The cabin was very clean and well appointed. We enjoyed amenities like the firepit. The area itself is less woodsy and more farm-like and the pond area is developed with the road winding through it. It was different from our other yearly Broken Bow experiences. It is not close to 259, the main part of Broken Bow where Beavers Bend and all the touristy spots are. It takes about half an hour to get there.Communication with the host is poor. Unfortunately the property manager seems to use AI...

"This cabin is not for sleeping. The top windows have no shades so it's very bright in the rooms as the sun rises. Also hard to get the kids to sleep in the evening with the sun still up. The doors were all very squeaky so anyone going to the restroom woke everyone up. The bunkbed also makes a lot of noise. The doors are sliding barn doors like in the picture so that doesn't block out any of the kitchen/living space noises. The hot tub and fire pit was nice. The kitchen was well...
