Lloguers de vacances a Lázaro Cárdenas

"The checkin process was a bit rough. The resort “upgraded” our family to a different room, but it was only designed to accommodate two guests, even though I had specifically booked and paid for a room for three (two adults and one child). The staff seemed surprised that there were three of us, which was confusing since that information was included in my reservation. Thankfully, the king sized bed was large enough for all of us. Other than that, we really enjoyed the resort. It had everything...

"Beautiful property but slightly far from the center. The staff is wonderful and the amenities are great!"

"Limpia"

"Muy buen lugar. Seguro. Limpio"

Gracias"

"The suite was very nice and clean, however we found it to be poorly stocked. It had all the essentials, but only 2 thin pillows, and minimal kitchen items, we often had to borrow things from neighbors (wine bottle opener). The only other issue we had was running out of hot water very shortly after starting the shower. Proximity to the beach is wonderful, and the balconies were very nice. We also found that the grounds could have been kept a bit nicer, (debris, weeds etc), but things were still...

"We were on a family vacation with 10 people from 29-71. Everyone enjoyed the accommodations, pool, and location. Our local contact Paulina was very helpful, met us at the property upon check and helped arrange an early morning taxi ride back to the ferry dock. If we visit Holbox again we will certainly look at staying at Casa Milu."

"This is an outstanding loft. Very economical, well-designed, nicely decorated, and has the best hammock ever. Very well stocked and modern. We loved Karina; she was the best aspect of the stay. She even found a local fisherman to fish with my teen son for hours a day. She answered a hundred questions and gave excellent suggestions. She problem solved and arranged any need we had—golf carts, beach side massages, atm location, and best sushi recs! We adored her. I travel often and far and she is...

"Host was very attentive and helpful (arranged taxi, early cleaning). Unit and grounds are nice and quiet. Downsides: badly damaged kitchen tiles, king bed had queen-size sheet and only two pillows, initially short on towels, two beach towels smelled, and the location is far from the city/not walkable—we spent over $120 USD on taxis. Good service, but unit needs better maintenance and clearer location expectations. "
