"First off, I expected a lot more from this place. It is dubbed as a "luxury" houseboat, but it had very little hospitality. There was a "welcome bag" in the kitchen with 1 roll of toilet paper (why not just put it in the bathroom??), some cleaning cloths, enough coffee for 2 cups, a tiny pouch of soap for one shower and some trash bags. The bed linens aren't even put on the beds; we had to do it ourselves! No towels either. We were expected to take out the trash, too. The price was waaaay too...

"We disliked the check-in procedure without an actual reception area. It was very awkward and difficult to communicate with management. The apartment was charming but some improvements could be made: replace the burner with a microwave; provide some towels or paper towels to dry dishes. On the Expedia site it specifically said that both bathrobes and laundry facilities were provided but this was not the case. "An dieser Unterkunft ist wirklich nichts auszusetzen. Perfekte Lage (5-10 Min. zu Fuß zum Hauptbahnhof) und zudem direkt in der Stadtmitte. Tolles Haus, typisch holländisch, aber mit qualitativen Möbeln und vor allem bequemen Bett und Kissen! Küche war auch perfekt ausgestattet und der Preis einfach fair! Check-In unkompliziert und mit guter Kommunikation. Danke für alles :-)"
