"Overall a great stay. The staff is exceptionally polite and helpful. Shoutout to the kind cleaning lady who helped us plan our trip to Man Mo Miu! The only thing they can improve upon is by making all facilities available 24/7. For example, no one answers the housekeeping/reception phone lines after 10pm and the cafe/restaurant downstairs closes at night so it's difficult to get all day in-room service (so plan accordingly!). The location is also in a very quiet neighborhood and about 5-10...

"Was glad to make it to the hotel close to midnight on check in day as the city was affected by adverse weather with many flights cancelled. Had a pleasant surprise from the hotel with a room upgrade during check in. With the hotel conveniently located next to Langham Place mall and Mong Kok mtr station, we sheltered from the wet and windy conditions outside and no lacking of food choices with the many restaurants available. The room was well kept and clean though a bit dated with the decor...

"First night I found dead cockroach on the carpet. Reported it to the facility manager and they told us to change room for deep cleaning. Asked for compensation and they gave us free upgrade to family room which was huge. Good thing too since we suddenly faced typhoon wipha on 20th July and difficult to go anywhere outside so had to coop up inside the room for most of the day.
