"The room was well prepared with everything needed. The projector was a fun addition for our evening entertainment. The washing machine is in not in the unit, but in the shared management building. Driving to the location was quite an adventure for us in the heavy snow condition. We were not used to driving in snow, and the roads are narrow and snowy."

"15-min walk to the main terminal for buses to ski slopes. Accommodation was a bit dated. Comfortable but nothing special. The toilet smelled bad no matter how many times we cleaned it. There was sufficient space for 3 large adults; would have been tight for 4 and too cramped for 5. Friendly staff who were more than happy to transfer us to/from the station and willing to help and provide information. Overall average accommodation."

"Communication with staff was incredibly convenient. There is a shuttle from Hakuba and the driver greeted me warmly. Upon arrival, staff greeted me at the entrance and at check-in counter. Staff showed me to my room and my luggage was already there. Staff showed the different amenities within the room including the washer/dryer. The room was spacious and welcoming. The heated floors were always so nice after a long day after ski. The bathtub was truly amazing. I appreciated the facial care kits...
