"Hotel is conveniently located to my partners office. Front desk staff is very unstaff. One front desk officer attending to a long queue of check in guest. The remaining staff are hiding inside the staff office. No coordination, no teamwork, no job commitments. Very shameful. "

"Unfortunately, this particular room was very noisy from the main road facing the room. I was unable to have a good sleep throughout my 4-night stay at the hotel. Upon check-in and entering the room, the bathroom had an awful smell which I had to clean it myself. However, the smell from the drainage remain. The shower gel dispenser in the shower was leaking. Nevertheless, the rest of the hotel are nice and clean. The breakfast was good with sufficient varieties from local and western food."
