"Wish we could stay longer to enjoy the fabulous exterior. Inside was everything we needed for a great weekend. Our goal was hiking and this location did not disappoint. If you are looking for outdoor fun in the hot or cold weather this is IT! Proximity to any and every outdoor activity is our top recommendation. Our host was very responsive, so important when you mostly off the grid. But internet at the place was solid. FYI our GPS led us to 244 instead of 231 Poe Valley Road."

"Beautiful view—probably my favorite feature. Stars were so bright at night. House is set up to make a large group comfortable - big sectional in the living room and two dining tables. Teens enjoyed the foosball table and we all loved the fire pit. Management extremely responsive. It’s about 3 miles on a gravel road up to the house, with the side that leads down to the Giant supermarket a bit rough in spots. We have a very low power car and it was totally fine, but maybe something to be aware of...

We do trips a couple of times a year and choose the place rather than the destination. We chose well with this slice of heaven.This place is phenomenal in every way. "The cutest fall staycation ! The jacuzzi was perfect for the cool nights. It was very relaxing, even for the kids! The cabin had everything you needed and have a luxurious vibe! Nature is all around and was very peaceful. We love the fireplace overlooking the pretty forrest. The beds were VERY comfortable!! We hope we can come back next summer to enjoy their outdoor pool!
