"Everything was great. Nice quiet street. 5 minute ride to Dreams Park. 50 minute ride to All Star Village. 30 minute ride to Cooperstown."

"This was a great place to stay & very clean"

"Got in after midnight, room was ready and quiet with air conditioning running smoothly. Bathroom clean with all essentials present including toilet paper stocked properly which matters late at night!"

"Awesome place. Our second stay. Very eclectic and cool. Will always be our go to for stays in little falls."

"This home was beautiful and accommodated our family of 12 wonderfully. Fully furnished home even down to toys for our 4 year old grandson. The views are spectacular, my husband and I watched the sunrise over coffee before everyone arrived. We would recommend the quite retreat for anyone and will definitely stay here again. Cody and Jessica are great and nice to even know them before renting the property."

"What a wonderful place! Everything about this stay was perfect & easy! We look forward to staying here again. Very clean, tastefully decorated, convenient location, safe area, easy check-in & great communication!"

"We needed an overnight place to stay for an out of town wedding that would fit 10 people comfortably. This house was better than we imagined. Clean, plenty of space, and the owner thought of everything you might need to make you comfortable. An easy check in process gave us the perfect resting space before we headed home the next day. We all agreed if we ever need a place to stay in the future, we would definitely stay at this house again!"

"Very nice, cabin. I found it very reasonable and efficient for a weekend adventure in the Adirondacks!!"

"Great host at a beautiful property. She was kind enough to bring a crock pot over when I asked if there was one available. I would definitely stay here again."

Again this was a first for me. I’m use to getting check in information on the day of check in. The place was squeaky clean. It was...

"Wow a rare find in this cabin and was perfect for all our needs! The ADK decor was lovely on the inside and it had everything we needed in the kitchen! Our beds were super comfy. The hot tub was a plus after spending time at Enchanted Forest (less than 10 mins away)."

"Remote actually had batteries, which isn't always the case. Room was cool and quiet with a fridge and microwave that worked fine. Good for a practical stay near Utica Zoo."

"Microwave quickly warmed my meals every evening making dining convenient during my stay."

"Microwave and fridge in the room made snacks easy to manage."

"Simple double king size bed, big window looking out front."

"place was very very clean everything was neat and orderly. the host was very good and communicative. the location was okay wish the listing would’ve had more photos of the outside. great stay!"

"Perfect beautiful place for my husband and I with our King Charles Cavalier Spaniel Maggie. Wi-Fi was on and off, required resetting a couple of times. But, we loved the peace and quiet. Was perfect for exploring trails in the area. Moss Lake Trailhead was our favorite. Perfect between Old Forge and Inlet. It was across the road and a little walk from Big Moose Lake and the pic of the gazebo. and the gazebo and docks need some repair. Construction occurring and we just kept away from the area....
