"Aufgrund einer Doppelbuchung wurden wir in einer anderen Ferienwohnung untergebracht. Diese war größer und eigentlich teuerer. Da wir sie zum Preis der ursprünglichen Wohnung erhalten haben, war dies für uns ein Vorteil."

"Die Unterkunft liegt an einer verkehrsreichen Straße, was aber nicht weiter stört, da die Zimmer gut geräuschisoliert und klimatisiert sind. Die Tiefgarage ist über PkwAufzug erreichbar. Die Plätze sind begrenzt, sollten reserviert werden, ansonsten problemlos bis 2m Höhe. Die Küchenzeile hat Kaffeemaschine, Kühlschrank & Kochgelegenheit. "We stayed at the LYV on Karl Marx Strasse and I’d recommend it for people looking for apartment style accommodations in an area of Berlin that is pretty lively and has great access to the U-Bahn and the Ring-Bahn. There are lots of middle eastern restaurants, grocery stores, and parks nearby. The street does have a lot of street noise but when the windows are closed there is no issue.
