If you are visiting Taylor University it is close to campus. There are three units on the property, and the walls are not soundproof, but they have a sign posted to be considerate of your neighbors. "The house was close to the Gas City Performing Arts Center, which was the purpose of our visit. The neighborhood was nice and quiet, and the house was generally clean, but overall it was very outdated, worn and in need of some TLC."

"Plenty of parking for 3 cars. Tastefully decorated. Choices of games and books. Comfy pillows and beds. Large table for dining together as a group. Comfy couches. If come back to Marion with a group- would definitely stay again. Loved the shampoo- body wash etc in showers too. Local soap. Had plenty of outdoor space and chairs as options too."

There was an annoying whistle from the bathroom vent when the heat or the a/c came on but we put a towel over it and that helped. The property manager's instructions for check in were clear and we found it no problem. There were a couple of things that influenced our rating in a native way though. "Beautiful setting, partially wooded lot with good privacy. Interior restored meticulously with an uncharacteristically "larger" kitchen. Quiet, quiet, quiet. One of the only pet-friendly FLW properties. The dogs loved the spacious yard."

"We were in town to visit family and this property was very close and convenient to the Marion area. It was very clean and the owners provided everything we needed for our stay. We appreciated that there were a few snacks and waters in the fridge as we have a couple kids that get hungry at sometimes inconvenient times. Coffee and cream were provided which was also very convenient for us as the coffee shop wasn't open on Sunday. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it for anyone...
