We had a small problem with one item and within minutes of reporting to receptionist the repair person arrived to fix it. "Accommodation is very nice and clean. Rooms are great and well appointed with plenty of space. The staff were super helpful and there is a 24 hour reception desk. It feels like a hotel, but with a fully equipped apartment for self catering. We had a great stay here in an excellent location in Budapest. Highly recommend this property"

"The positive first: Very clean, spacious, kitchen equipped with the minimal necessities which is enough for a week stay. The A/C works super well and quiet! Maintenance and cleaning staff were very responsive and professional. I would have given a 5 star if it wasn’t for the sofa bed. It’s in a very bad condition (deformed and very very noisy).
