"I contacted the hotel in middle of the night to arrange airport transfer. They replied within 5 minutes & that gave me confidence that they look after their guests. Room was was spacious, nice and cleaned daily. I requested a room change and this was done without hesitation. "When I arrived at the hotel, they had no record of my booking. When I informed them that I had booked on hotels.com, they said that's not possible since they had stopped doing all online bookings a year earlier. I was so tired, confused, and unable to get hold of hotels.com. Afterall, my room was paid and confirmed.
