"Before arrival instructions for entering the property were not given. When I arrived and opened the door, there was already someone in there. He happened to be a fine person, but this situation could have been dangerous for me. It was 9:30 at night and I had to call around to find another place to stay and most hotels were full, it was very stressful. My money was refunded but I feel more should have been done to make this right."

"Location was great, host allowed early check-in. Property as expected, no issues. Great deal for the price. Outside light didn’t work by the garage, and would have felt more comfortable with an extra deadbolt on the main door. Place was clean and quiet. Clean house, responsive host and good WiFi."
