"I picked this cabin for the proximity of several hiking locations. Perfect location to enjoy Garner State Park, Lost Maples Natural Area, the Frio and several local hiking/ biking areas. The room was super clean. Exactly as pictured. Mattress was very comfortable and the extra blankets came in handy on a 35 degree night. Great views from the porch and around the property. "The hostess answered email questions quickly. Main complaint: it took us 2 hours and a police courtesy escort to find. No one we asked in Concan ( including the fire dept.) Had heard of it. If it weren't for VRBO we began to think we had been scammed. Once located, it was lovely. And we had a nice stay."

"The property is gorgeous; lots of area to walk around and for the kids to play, they had fantastic communication, everything was clean love that they had double mattress protectors! Friendly and loved learning about the history of the area and house. One of our new favorite places to stay in Leakey. It was close to Garner State Park and not far from lost Maples. We had a blast and will come back again!"

"I can’t say enough about this home. It’s is so cute and charming. With plenty of room for family. The beds are comfy and the yard and shade trees are beautiful. It had everything we needed and more!!!! The host was amazing and made sure it was easily spotted for night time arrival. I recommend this place 110%!!! I will definitely book here again!"
