"Next door to the hotel is a construction site so we got woken up at 7am when we were trying to sleep in. If we had known about the construction we would not have booked the hotel. It should have been disclosed at the time of booking"

"Neither the indoor or outdoor, or even “hot tub” are actually warm! Everything I booked this for was cold and underwhelming. My room was changed three times after waiting beyond 3pm for a room at check in. Again not the staffs fault but the system they use for reservations and accommodations. No amenities or cost deductions were offered to accommodate my family. At one point they gave me a room that didn’t have any of the perks I paid for and still no offer to fix the problem other than for me...
