"I booked this hotel after seeing a big discount, after I booked, should of been a red flag, one of my employees mentioned they stayed there and had a horrible experience with it being run down and then being blamed for all the previous damages. So within 30 minutes of booking I immediately tried to cancel, I did choose non cancelable rooms but tried anyways since it was within 30 minutes, and was denied. Which is within their rights. "Loved this hotel but the staff made it the best stop on our trip! They were so friendly, checked in on us, helped us with parking our trailer and recommended next door at Sam’s we went for dinner and breakfast. Cannot beat the customer service and room was so spacious and beautiful! We will be back on our next trip through BC!"

"There are make-it-yourself waffles as well as hot and cold items available for breakfast. The hot tub is located at the nearby rec center. We were issued a complimentary guest pass and towels and walked to use the hot tub in this fabulous facility which also included a water slide and regular pool. One of the most fantastic things I appreciated was the wonderful lighting in the bathroom! So many places have very dim lighting, and this was a treat! We were offered complimentary packaged...

"breakfast was good but the attached restaurant where it is served was dirty, dated and worn. The outside of the motel is questionable. I asked about the inside because if it was in the same condition, I was not staying there. The interior has been renovated and it in good shape although the old building has limited sound proofing. "
