"The check-in staff was great. Hotel suite was exceptional value for the price. Breakfast was standard continental breakfast, acceptable but nothing to write home about (not a complaint). "Nice size property with plenty of usable spaces outside your room. Rooms were super clean and beds comfortable. All staff encountered were friendly and engaging. Quite a busy place and lots of little extras to enjoy around the property from indoor lounge, outdoor patio and nearby walking trails. Check in was super easy and they offered a $10 buffet breakfast which was good value with lots of selection"

"The staff were very helpful and quite nice. However, the first room was terrible. Not clean. The front desk staff came to look, took pictures and said she wouldn’t be happy either. Moved to another room that was better but found later what looked to be mold in the bathroom. Windows not locked, floors not clean and woke up to the fridge leaking water. It’s very dated and their cleaning standards don’t seem to be that high."

The room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, which I suspect was because it was located right beside an unsecured exit where people were frequently going outside to smoke. "Excellent hotel great bed, room, sleep"

"This was a back up plan after skipping Jasper. I loved the pool, sauna, and hot tub. There were a lot of people and the staff seem somewhat overwhelmed. For example, in the evening the first night there were no towels at the pool and they weren’t replaced until mid-morning the next day and the fitness room was missing some weights. "The building was a bit old but renovations had been done and the rooms were nice. The surrounding area had a few homeless people but it wasn’t a problem. The staff were super nice. The breakfast was very good. They had passes for Gold’s gym in lieu of a hotel gym."
