"A nice and quiet property in a beautiful setting. The rooms and common areas were exceptionally clean, and everything was very well maintained. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The only area that could use some improvement is the bed frame, as it made a squeaky noise when moving. However, the mattress itself was very comfortable, and overall, we had a pleasant stay."

"We booked a single room with kitchenette and king-size bed. The room was large and spacious. The kitchenette was minimal. No toaster. Unfortunately, we didn't enjoy our stay here. The resort consists of multiple properties. Private residences are down the road but the actual buildings that we stayed in appear to be mixed seasonal residences and timeshare of the sort/hotel. Then adjacent are the new condos being built and sold. There's not much to do in Radium or on the resort grounds unless...

"This is an older property..or at least the room we had is!! The bed was comfortable. When my wife went to use the shower there was hair on the walls of it, not so good! We were extremely tired and cold from our motorcycle trip so I didn't complain to the operator/owner. Would I stay here again.... I'd look elsewhere 1st"

"Place was very clean. It is outdated, so if you’re more of a modern style, this is not for you, but if you don’t mind an old style hotel, then this won’t bother you. The location is away from other hotels (most of the hotels at Radium are close or beside each other), this one is located on top of the hill witg a separate road towards it with private properties around, so it’s very quiet and peaceful. It’s a very old building, so it may not be as sound proof as you think, but that depends on...

"The resort is great, but the Approach hotel is the worst ever, super noisy and expensive, no air conditioning, no kitchen amenities in the unit only coffee maker and that’s it, no way to book again in this hotel."
