"Room so small nowhere to put suitcase. Had to step over it to get to bathroom. Bed was horrible. Not only hard but had hard lumps that pushed into your body. Wood board separated the head section of 2 beds put together. Ridiculous for couples and very bad for anyone who turns in sleep. This hotel is NOT near the airport! We were told we would have to take a cab to the train station and then a train to the airport. Being “close” to the airport was the only reason I chose this hotel. The reception...

"Not only the hotel is in pristine physical conditions, more impressive and important is the personalized tailored service provided at all times by the entire staff, especially Brigette and Isaac. Kudos! Highly recommended!"

"We had an amazing stay, staff were sweet and helpful. Iris was such great help she was kind. I plan to come back soon and again stay in this great hotel close to everything the train station."

"Alles in Ordnung"

"Perhaps most important: the room description is inaccurate. It says there is a hob/stove in the room and there is not. Nor is there a fridge. The room was large, which was nice, but only one chair for a two-person room and only one hanger in the closet. No hooks for coats. They use perfumed detergent or dryer sheets so all linens have a strong smell. Since I'm not used to this it made it difficult for me to fall asleep. There is extensive construction going on courtyard side, and as of Jan. 2026...

"check-in when reception is closed is very difficult as staff did not give code for key safe. We got locked out after 2 days and again staff was difficult to get hold of. There was only 1 hanger in the wardrobe , the pipe in the shower was leaking. It did get fixed quickly after complaining. All this would not happen if staff was trained properly."

"Preis/Leistung war perfekt Personal super freundlich War sehr heiß, aber ich bekam einen Ventilator. Kann man ruhig empfehlen"

"Good location (easy to train station and to ZRH from there) and spacious clean room. But - big but - BIG problem with communication here. I’m not a big complainer, but this was bad. I booked a room for two nights as I often do when my travel plans can change and I’m arriving early in the morning and want a room ready. The hotel messaged me asking what time I expected to arrive and I informed them it was likely to be after 2100 on Saturday or earlier sunday morning. I expected to be told what to...

"Lovely hotel in nice location. The staff were super friendly and the food and drinks were nice. Great hotel for a stay in Winterthur - close to station."

"Buen lugar, muy bien ubicado; importante la habitación no tiene A/C"

"das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis ist in Ordnung, wobei das Gastroangebot ein Pluspunkt ist"

"The only issue I had was checking in (unless I missed something). I was unable to access the hotel entrance (door located to the right of the building) even after using the app. I walked in through the restaurant entrance and was able to find my room key in a cubby at the top of the stairs. Other than having clearer instructions with checking in, the hotel is fabulous. It's very convenient and within walking distance to bus and train stops."
