"Property is beautiful exactly as described. Rooms was clean, Host was very helpful and loads of communication throughout, Was pet friendly our cockapoo loved it here and perfect location right by train station, shops and very family friendly. Rooms and bathrooms are a great size, Living room and kitchen area is stunning and was a really really enjoyable time.HIGHLY recommend."

"Very dated and worn and not very clean. No welcoming "items' at all, just old long opened leftover coffee etc. Outside lights not working properly. Live TV only accessible by trawling through apps. "

"This is my go to hotel for my stays in London and I've stayed here several times. The breakfasts are wonderful and set you up for a days sightseeing. All the staff are very helpful and friendly. I'll definitely be returning for my next holiday."

"It was great"

"The kitchen staff was good but the cleaning was terrible, there was milk left in one of the mugs from the previous customer, hairs in the bath, wet floor in the bathroom, medicine tablet in the bedroom, no cleaning was done at all."
