"The reserve was stunning. Saw plenty of wildlife despite relatively low game density. The food was great considering the size of the buffet. The property was nice but maybe too modern for a true safari experience. I was most disappointed that it wasn’t as family friendly as advertised. The child center was under construction, the pools were not heated, there were no activities for young children nor was there food catered towards young children. "

"Our family group of five (across three rooms) had an exceptional stay at Babohi at Qwabi. The safari experience exceeded every expectation, giving us close encounters with many animals. "Accommodation is basic but clean and functional. We love all the outdoor pools both warm and cold as they are in pristine condition. The indoor hot pool is amazing at night. Good way to relax before bedtime. There is only one waterslide but it is fast and fun. Mini golf course is very challenging but great."

"The idea of the place is really nice. The upkeep and the overall state of the estate could be better. We were in chalet 16, where the bathroom has a strong odor and the sink is leaking. Chalet 17 & 18 were unfinished and full with burned waste, which made chalet 16 feel a bit unsafe. The zebra’s around the chalet was great, the kids loved it. You had to bring your own towels, for a place being just as expensive as a 4-star hotel, it did not live up to the expectations."

"What I love most beyond the safari experience and access to nature was the thoughtfulness of care with staff. From having a bath ready for us whole we were in safari, to remebering my dislike of cilantro. Highly recommend staying here, the staff and property outistanding."

"The ultimate safari experience. We enjoyed taking part in a lot of game drives amd saw a lot of animals. Next time we would go to the lower part of Entabeni Wildlife Reservate, though, because we were driving down every drive and used a lot of time in the ravine between the lower and upper part."
