"Amazing stay with my husband & two Sons. We are from England, so loved the cultural differences in this hotel. Staff were polite & helpful. Location was round the corner from Kyoto Station. "Great hotel. Great location. Food was phenomenal; best we had during our two week vacation in Japan. In addition, staff spoke English very well which was such a pleasant surprise. The only negative is the TV's in room did not have an English option and the rooftop was closed a lot due to rain when it never rained."

"Lovely hotel. Beautiful decor and really enjoyed the Onsen"

"Everything was excellent. Breakfast was delicious. However, room (Japanese style) was small and tight even for 3 small adults. The location iscvery quiet and convenient. Highly recommend this hotel."

"This hotel is in an excellent location for transit, restaurants, and shopping. No need to bring bathing items for the onsen. Consider a street view room as the interior room views are adjacent to another building with limited sunlight."

"Very clean, perfectly located, staff extremely useful and very polite"

"Lovely place, very friendly and helpful staff. We enjoyed the little treats throughout the day, and the amenities was great."

"The staff was so sweet and helpful. The room was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. The breakfast buffet had everything you could ask for. This was our first time in Japan and we both agreed at the end of our stay that the next time we come back we will be staying here once again, but next time for longer."

"Highly recommended. Quality location, amenities, etc."
