"Good stay"

"Room is very dated, walls are paper thin. Our neighbour was up at 4am and it sounded like they were in our room packing up, you could hear every footstep and crinkle of bags. Strange vent from our room to the pool area also let in all the sound as well as light. No water cups in the room, paper coffee cups aren't wrapped in plastic, bathroom tap wouldn't stay on unless pushed into full pressure which sprayed everywhere. We booked for the pool and waterslide, but after a long day of travel...

"Front entrance outside needs some attention, which would enhance people's image of the lodge. Your staff couldn't be more helpful. Even though he was super busy at the desk his smile never left him. Courteous friendly and a good sense of humor. Enjoyed our stay."

"The toilet was not working properly in the room. The hotel staff came to verify the problem and could not do anything. Offer another room that did not meet our needs. Had to go to the toilet Gym for our stay."

"Made a reservation for two rooms with 4 guests. Revised it a week before for an additional guest and was informed we would get two queen beds. At check-in we were given one room with two queens and a couch. In the room there was 3 sets of towels and no sheets for the couch. The reception realized the error and checked us into our second room"

"Nicely decorated, but that's it. Lobby, hallway and room was dirty. Bedding was stained and had hairs all over it, pillows had blood. So much hair and grim in the bathroom. Not a 3 Star Very disappointed and disgusting."

"Bathroom is pretty dated and could definitely use an update, but otherwise the room was pretty comfortable. The doors don’t keep out any noise from the hallway though so we were woken up multiple times in the early morning by other guests chatting outside of their rooms. Besides that, it was pretty quiet considering the hotel was right on a busy thoroughfare. We appreciated the free breakfast included. There were waffles, bagels, bread, cereals, yogurt, muffins, hard boiled eggs, and drinks....

"Self check in was easy and the instructions were clear. We didn’t have to contact anyone or ask any questions because we were provided with everything we needed prior to arrival. Beautiful place. I would stay here again."

"I booked this hotel for a one-night stay. But my night was terrible, as I was scratching my hand and leg the whole night because the room had a lot of mosquitoes. Booked a premium hotel but feels like a cheap motel."

"The hottub was unfortunately, not working. Not really a problem except that the hotel never informed its guests of the issue. And so we got into our suits, went down to the pool, only to be disappointed. Other than that, a very good experience."

"Very clean and newly remodeled rooms. Had a restaurant next door. Check in at the store which is connected to the restaurant. Only complaints would be no towel racks in bathroom."
