"The room was just great, very comfortable and spacious. We had a nice kitchen, washer and dryer. The staff at the hotel were wonderful, very customer oriented. And, we were right across the street from the tube, which was so convenient for us. Would definitely recommend this hotel for your stay in London!!"

"This is a fantastic place! We stayed for 5 nights, in a family room. It was amazing. The beds are heavenly, the room was really spacious and great! It is clean and fresh and just perfect. The front desk service was very good. Nice and welcoming staff! The location is unbeatable, you have two tubes in close vicinity, but it still feels like a calm and quiet neighborhood. Yes, the halls ARE narrow, but don't get fooled...the hotel is just perfect! We will for sure be back!!"

"Great location and the apartment was well equipped. The only downside was that the elevator was not working so climbing the stairs all the way up to the apartment was a workout especially with luggage. Their teams assistance with carrying up the suitcases was greatly appreciated!!!"

"They were still working on renovations when I went but my room was great. This location is very good for catching both buses and the subway. I had an issue with the wifi when I first arrived but they fixed it right away. Plus when I was about to leave early for the airport on the subway the front desk staff were nice enough to stop me and check to see when the station opened. I hadn't known they closed and would have been alone on the street, in the dark, in the early hours of the morning. ...

"Apartment was great, not too loud even though next to a street. Only a 5 minute walk to Earls Court Tube station. Easy to find, staff were very friendly and helpful. Plenty of things on the doorstop although there were already plenty of amenities included in the stay. We would definitely stay again, thanks for a great place to call home for the weekend! "

"La chambre était impeccable. Grande chambre et petite cuisine très pratique. Assez tranquille. Le seul problème est que j'étais située en face de l'emplacement pour remiser les bagages et s'était quelque fois bruyant. J'ai bien aimé qu'on pouvais mettre nos poubelles et recyclage dans des bacs a l'entrée. Metro Earls Court a 5-7 minutes de marche et en bonus un méga Tesco a moins de 5 minutes de marche."
