"A nostalgic place for me since the the time the property was owned by Hilton, then Royal Adelphi and now Royals Chulan."

"I love the meticulous cleaning crew. They are efficient, gives attention to details (i.e. scrub everything and make sure there is not even a single hair on the floor) and are honest to God. My husband accidentally left his tablet in the room and the cleaning crew brings it to receptionist to keep for us. Luckily my other family members are still staying there and was able to keep it for us but kudos to the cleaning crew for doing an amazing job. "

"Nice accommodation within close proximity of Mesamall. Room was comfortable and well maintained. Communication was good......when available. Instructions on how to get to your accommodation once you had accessed the room cards whilst on foot was difficult as instructions were aimed at people with a vehicle. "

"Stay was very pleasant, great staff n customer service. Doorman was excellent… But the hotel lacks maintenance.. Old paint work, signs of water leaks all over building. A lot of patchwork repairs… I am saying this because I am in the building industry.. "
