"We loved our stay here. They are in the middle of renovations and we paid for a cheaper room that hadn't been renovated fully yet. We were a little worried it would be grotty or quite dated since the pictures on the website for those rooms weren't great, but the rooms were actually pretty nice. The hotel is beautiful and the grounds are amazing with breathtaking views. The restaurant is great. The staff were really friendly and helpful. "Nice big room and bathroom, the only downside was staying there during a hot spell and the bathroom got the sum very early morning and the bedroom for the rest of the day making it unbearable to sleep in, even though there was a fan provided.
