"I am not happy with additional payments"

"Everything was great I have to say, the only minor thing was that TV didnt work and I reported it, nobody came to fix it but i am not really a tv person, apart from that, everything was great."

".There was big fat flies coming out of the bathroom air vent. .The entrance smells smoky. .It was the heat wave and asked the staff for a fan and he said he will bring it but never did. .I did not get a beach view i was taken to a hostel around the corner about 3 mins away from the beach. .Did not use the bar."

"Our room was lovely and a lot of care had been taken in its decoration. The bathroom was fully tiled with a Mediterranean feel. The hotel is very clean and the staff put in a lot of hard work to keep it so. We had a meal in the restaurant on our first night which was very nice and the bar was open to residents until 10.00 pm.
