"The hotel was very nice. The room and shower were clean, and the staff was welcoming. One staff member also suggested a great restaurant for burgers. The parking felt safe, and electric vehicle parking was available. The hotel is also close to the lake. Breakfast was fresh and complete. Overall, thank you very much for a pleasant stay!"

"Pool was not available. Phone in room was not working. TV channels not available. Staff came to room and could not resolve issue. Staff offered to relocate us to a room with working television but then disappeared and never got back to us so we were without television for the evening."

"I stayed here last summer and was pleasantly surprised by their dock and private beach. I stayed again with my wife when I came to North Bay on business in winter. The staff are pleasant to deal with and the rooms are adequate. I tend to stay at more expensive hotels, but found the price/quality tradeoff to be quite good here. I will be back in the future."
