"The lift was out of order on my second morning when I was leaving. I had four bags with me which in total were too heavy to take down four flights of stairs in one trip. (I'm 76 and was on my own). Surely, lift maintenance should take place after all guests leaving that day had left. Fortunately, after a short wait, a member of staff helped me with my luggage to the car park. Room 407. "This hotel was right next to the train station so easy access along with close to being near the beach and fun market shop so the location was 10 stars. The staff was wonderful and the room was clean but very tiny."

"Average stay, and at £400 for 2 nights it was disappointing! I was surprised at earplugs being provided, but hearing a club(?) behind the hotel empty their glass bins at 1, 2, 3 and 4am both nights it became obvious why! Room was tiny and mattress dreadfully lumpy, but bathroom was pleasant and clean. Receptionist at check in was nice but wasn’t asked if I would like to include breakfast or use the amenities.
