"The breakfast buffet was great as well as the staff in charge of the breakfast. Our check in was delayed cause our room wasn't ready at the check in time, as compensation we received a free dinner. The swimming pool was a huge disappointment we didn't get to enjoy it cause of the hours of operation but the biggest issue we had that other guest was walking around nudes so we inquire about it at the front desk if it was a FKK ( nudes swimming pool) and they said no but that they couldn't do...

"I flew in to Frankfurt at 9pm and my flight was at 11am the next day so I needed a hotel !!!! I didn’t want to stay in one of the attached airport hotels so I started looking online. When I saw this hotel on Expedia, I booked it! Taxi drivers wanted to charge me 22€ to get there but I went by Uber so 11€ plus tip!! Checking in was easy as the gentleman doing it was GREAT !!!!! The room was great!!!! Appeared to be newly renovated and all including shower was wonderful ! Breakfast Buffet...

"Perfect place, everything one could need & want. Very clean, comfortable & great location/price. Thank you for a perfect stay"

"I traveled with 4 other people. To be fair we were upgraded at no extra charge but the place was so small for 5 of us."

"After an awkward initial conversation with my host caused by poor communication through hotels.com, and me arriving at a slightly inconvenient time, everything worked out fine. The apartment is a little dated but has everything you need. There is no parking on site but on street parking is available nearby (up the hill!) and very well connected by frequent buses into the centre of the beautiful old town. I only stayed one night but it was ideal for that brief visit. If you like Riesling and...

"Het inchecken ging heel makkelijk d.m.v. de app. Geen sleutel/kaartje nodig voor voordeur en/of kamerdeur. Wifi was goed, niet altijd even sterk. Alle info via whatsapp ook erg handig. Personeel dat we zagen was vriendelijk. Wat voor ons negatief was is dat ondanks een rookvrij hotel, de nicotine en weed lucht erg overheersend was in hotel. Net als geluidsoverlast van blaffende hond. We hadden een superieur kamer voor 2 personen geboekt, helaas geen bad ondanks verzoek( met bevestiging)direct...

"I thing the place is a bit misdecribed. Receptionist was very arrogant and unfriendly at the beginning but after i put my attitude he was okay. I have Asked for room cleaning and for a washing liquid for the kitchen 3 times in 3 days row and got the room cleaned at the 4th day. And it wasn't cleaned, they have just changed the towels and emptied the bin. Such a ignorant people form Receptionist to the housekeepers. Never again"

"Leider ist das Zimmer im Sommer nicht zu gebrauchen wenn man das Balkontüre offen lassen will/muss. Die Straße mit dem dortigen Straßenrennen bia spät in die Nacht waren eine Katastrophe.. Der Check In war leider auch nicht problemlos."
