"There was this one server who was very helpful Through all the times. However, the housekeeping and room cleaning was not paid attention. We had specifically requested for change of towels after 2 days. And to clean the garbage cans, both at the reception and the room cleaning lady. But it wasn't done. Which was disappointing to use soiled towels for the 3/4 th day"

"Positiv war die Größe der Wohnung, der Balkon (wenn er sauber gewesen wäre), die zentrale Lage (allerdings an der Hauptstraße gelegen), das Bett, das Sofa und die Ausstattung der Küche.
Nicht gefallen hat mir der ungute Geruch in der Wohnung, bei der Ankunft waren auch mehrere Fliegen drinnen. Ich musste erst mal einen Insektenspray kaufen. Bad und WC sind älter, Sprünge in den Fliesen, am WC-Boden waren mehrere Haare und Schmutz. Die Silikonfugen schon total unansehnlich. Die Wandfliesen im...

"Es war ein super schöner Weihnachtsurlaub mit der Familie. Alle waren super freundlich und wir konnten zum Glück auch bereits eher einchecken. Bei Fragen und Problemen waren alle direkt vor Ort und hilfsbereit. Alles war entspannt und gut zu erreichen :) "

Bitte unter der Couch saugen und die ganze Wohnung nass wischen.
Die Teller und Schüsseln waren schmutzig (was halt am Vorbenützer liegt!!).
Bitte mehr Haken in den Zimmern."
