"Excellent staff and amenities and a fantastic breakfast was included. Maintenance could be better. Air conditioning was just average we felt warm throughout the stay. and we found a couple of dead bugs on the mattress half way through the stay."

"We booked an additional room after reaching the property. Staff were helpful in adding another room. The bathroom was not clean, even after staff cleaned it after requesting, there was a strong urine smell emanating from the bathroom. We had booked the room for 3 people, the extra bed was not setup by them, the staff had not laid the bed voluntarily. Parking was a problem, as the ramp was not properly placed to facilitate the parking, as a result the car base was hitting the ramp resulting...

"Very clean rooms and bathrooms. Good food (breakfast) . Wi-Fi & Airconditioning works well. This hotel says "NO SMOKING" but strong tobacco smell all around (Except the rooms)"
