"We had a lovely stay at the property. Kimmi was extremely attentive. Dietary requirements were catered for with the host going above and beyond. The property is very quiet, there is only one property for overnight stays. Therefore you will be the only guests at the property."

"I hope this will get your attention: every time I tried to book this property for the night of that day. I tried several times, but it showed as "unavailable." So i booked another arrangement. But I received a confirmation in the middle of that night. I contacted the owners in the morning by phone and by email, but did not get a response. Same thing with Expedia. So I would like a refund, or a credit to stay there another day, as I am still in the area. I would appreciate a prompt response....

"We had a very pleasant stay, the location is excellent—conveniently situated near Matsumoto Station and within easy walking distance of Matsumoto Castle, restaurants, and shopping areas. It made exploring the city incredibly easy. The breakfast was another highlight of our stay. There was a good variety of delicious The only minor downside was that the public bath tended to be quite crowded, especially during the evenings."

"The room was clean and comfortable and the staff was super friendly. They don’t allow tattooed people to use the onsen unless you cover them, but the girl at the reception, who was super nice, help me putting the tape on my tattoos and I was able to use the onsen. Good position, close to the Matsumoto Castle and 10 minutes walk from the station. Recommended!"
