"This would have been higher rated except VRBO have a problematic communication system. We waited at the premises for an hour whilst VRBO rep's contacted the owner to let us in. First time that has happened in a few years on the platform and several trips.The accomodation was pleasant and walking distance to the main town centre / CBD.host was incredibly apologetic that the communication issue happened and showed the messages they had sent.Described as having a view of a local famous mountain -...

"I hope this will get your attention: every time I tried to book this property for the night of that day. I tried several times, but it showed as "unavailable." So i booked another arrangement. But I received a confirmation in the middle of that night. I contacted the owners in the morning by phone and by email, but did not get a response. Same thing with Expedia. So I would like a refund, or a credit to stay there another day, as I am still in the area. I would appreciate a prompt response....
