"Very clean on our arrival, the reception greeting 🙂 really made feel relaxed at the start of our trip, the bar staff very good, the parking at our lodge was excellent, the whole of our trip was excellent."

"We had the most wonderful stay at the Majestic The rooms were clean and spacious, the staff were very helpful and extremely pleasant, we didn’t have time to use the spa but the pool, sauna and steam room were excellent, just the lockers could use some TLC, there was a great choice at breakfast, I particularly enjoyed the poached eggs and again the staff were excellent We will certainly be coming again"

"Built in 70’s and is still in the 70’s Where they get five stars from I can’t imagine. Definitely will not stay there again. Mould all over windows which had condensation on them in the morning."

"Nice enough hotel with nicely decorated communal areas and a great bar, the breakfast was very nice, my main issue was the room was very dated, with bathroom tiles falling off the wall, a slow draining sink and the shower head was very low down, Room 302 I also think the car parking charge for every hour after 14:00 on the day of departure a bit poor"

"The only complaint I had was in my room there was not What I would call a bedside light as. The one light was a side light not good enough to read by the reception on TV was terrible also there was not a light over the mirror in bathroom every thing else was very good and staff exceptional and ever-increasing assist"

"Gorgeous stay in elegant rooms. Perfectly located to access the nicest parts of Harrogate. Staff super friendly and helpful, parking outside, views over the Stray, delicious breakfast, stylish and cosy lounge. Very kindly also gave us a free upgrade which is such a rarity these days. Definitely our first choice in Harrogate."

"We had everything we needed to make our stay a really good one. The bed was really comfortable and the room was spacious and clean. Everything was catered for kitchen wise. Hob, microwave, toaster, kettle all in excellent order. The staff were lovely. Kirsty and Leah in particular could not have been more helpful. Thank you to Deuce for making our stay a great one."

"Best Holiday Inn we've stayed in! We had a disabled access room and it was huge! Very clean. Absolutely most effective AC we've had in a UK hotel! Staff friendly. Hotel welcoming with free refreshments at reception. Breakfast good."

"Room very clean afew things could be addressed in bathroom basin very slow to drain water ,shower hose leaking and bath waste has seen better days small things easily fixed hotel was very nice and food in resturant very good and bar drinks cocktails very nice the bloody mary was excellant"

"Property in a quiet area was nice and about 10 mins from town centre. Did meet a gentleman who gave us our keys to our room but did not see anybody else maybe because we were out most of the time,parking was ok,on aroad in front of hotel,and seemed to be safe. The room was nice and clean and had s good shower."

"Brilliant hotel. Cosy place (which even had the pub dog greeting us which was amazing!). Only thing preventing this from being 5 stars was the shower facilities. Shower faucet is restrictive which can cause issues if you’re not wanting to get your hair wet. Maybe disposable shower caps could be provided to help this issue. Other than that though a fantastic place in a peaceful location. Would definitely stay again!"
