"The stay started off a bit rough. The person who was supposed to pick us up from the Water Taxi was nowhere to be found. So we walked with all of our luggage to the hotel. The host did apologize. Later, when our group tried to shower, there was no hot water. It was freezing cold. The staff just ignored the issue until multiple guests complained. It was finally fixed by the evening. It was an okay place to stay. This place has a lot of potential; it just needs some updates. "

"Amazing place to stay. Easy walk to any food, drinks and activities. Not loud at night time which is very nice. One of our favourite parts of the property was the dock, spent many days fishing and swimming. We saw sting rays and nurse sharks swim right under us! Amazing island! All of the staff was amazing, personable, and kind! Was also neat to have bikes provided to us by the hotel to cruise around the island! Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone! "This property was simply amazing. It was nice quiet tucked away but not to far from the party. The property staff were amazing from the time I booked until the time we departed. They assisted us to back and forth to beach complementary a back and forth to the water taxi to go on our excursions. The rooms were gorgeous just as advertised and very spacious. I will definitely be bringing my family back to just stay here and enjoy Belize."

Habían utensilios y ollas para cocinar y un bote grande de agua qué es muy apreciado, café, azúcar, aceite, etc. Hay varias tiendas cerca para comprar cosas para cocinar.
