"Very kind staff, I didn’t get her name, but particularly a blond girl at reception. Restaurant was very accepting, as well. Thanks so much."

"Enjoyed our stay at Carter's Beach and would return in the future. Was unable to park outside our unit on returning for a day trip as someone else has parked there - their unit was around the corner where there was no parking for them. We found this a bit annoying."

"We were late but check in was very simple and easy. Highlight of this accommodation is it's location, it's right in native bush and close to a beautiful beach. Haven't seen any staff around so can't say much about that"

"Comfortable and spacious unit. Has all the basics."

"Lovely stay, they are in the process of revamping it which is nice to see. That a large dvd section in the main office to choose from for the tv in your room."

"Well kept & clean rooms. Home made biscuits were a nice touch. Fresh milk, not UHT. Friendly host with a big smile."

"The view was breathtaking . I did not like the food prices of the restaurant. This is like mooching people because they have no option to go anywhere else to eat. If we knew that it is going to be that expensive we would have carried our own food. Staff was good. "

"Handy to town & sports stadium"

"Great stay"

"Kitchen was extremely well supplied with everything we needed"

"Reasonably well appointed, clean and a great bed."

"It was lovely to stay in this beautiful old house, lots of historic charm with modern amenities."

"Excellent accommodation very convenient location with a restaurant within walking distance. Yummy breakfast with fresh scones."

"We stayed here for two nights. It had everything we needed, well located and clean. I also found the beds really comfortable. Recommended."

"Perfect spot to rest after a long bike ride"

"Lots of room, only just warm water, quiet, easy walk to supermarket and cafe."

"What a wonderful little cottage to spend some time in. Everything was beautifully presented in a lovingly designed space, you can tell they have put a lot of thought into this place. Booking, communication and check in was fast and friendly. Location is perfect, with a stunning outlook to the North and the lighthouse walks very close by. The local pub is down the road if you don't feel like cooking. We wished we could have stayed longer, but we will be back! Thank you so much."

"It is as a tad more rustic than anticipatef"
