"Breakfast is a bit mediocre a nd lack variety"

"This hotel was the worst place I have stepped into in my entire life. Firstly when booking, it revealed there was parking onsite but on getting there, it was a disaster with no parking facility, driving around the areas to secure my car, terrible atmosphere from the entrance, unprofessional staff with zero skill that had no idea about the parking facility. Eventually, my husband had to book another hotel immediately to which was unplanned for our safety. I can never recommend this type of hotel...

"Fabulous experience at the Glasshouse. Lovely room, wide range of classes and such tasty, nutrtious food. Visited in September for a few days midweek and found a very relaxed, peaceful retreat. It offers a great opportunity to detox if that's what you want, or a luxurious treat to have 3 couse dinners and wine if you don't. "Very well renovated room in lovely grounds. Good breakfast, friendly staff, would stay again 😀 "

"Very good but just looking a bit tired. Sheets and carpets could do with an upgrade."

"Lack of amenities. There was no intercom or phone for calling reception. Booked two rooms and it was interconnected but asked team several time to unlock door which they kept giving excuses. The time of booking asked for smoking room whereas they gave us non smoking room. Great thing was parking was free and available."

"Staff were extremely helpful Room was lovely Would definitely stay again"

"Great location close to restaurants "

"Free parking. Lovely. Staff. Clean rooms "

"Excellent stay in luxury Shepherds Hut with all you could need. Sorry we didnt get to use the log burner, but we were out every night at the excellent pub restaurants near by. Thank you."

"There is free parking at the hotel, but only a few places. Check in was efficient. The room was clean, as was the sheets and towels. Shower very good. There was a tower fan in the room, which was much needed in the hot weather. There are tea making facilities, and a small fridge. Fifteen minute walk into town. Would recommend, and would stay again, if in the area."
