"Me and my family stayed here twice over the past three weeks and we really enjoyed our stays. In the height of summer the air-con was such a blessing, as the other hotels we have stayed in did not have ac, which made sleep incredibly difficult. The staff (in general) were pleasant and accommodating. We stayed in a stadium facing room, which the kids loved but the rooms are a bit tired and could do with a refurb. "Overall, it was a nice hotel and I enjoyed my stay. The facilities were simple, including the traditional hotel key, which gave the hotel an olden feel. The room was comfortable and well presented. One suggestion for improvement would be to provide a mini fridge in the rooms, as this would be very convenient for guests. In addition, during hot weather, providing portable air conditioning units would make the stay much more comfortable, especially in both standard and family rooms."
