"The staff were all very friendly but professional. Manager sorted out an issue we had seemlessly. He was very patient and handled the situation very well. I was very impressed with the service received I will be going back there"

"This was a staycation for my husband and me, and after returning from an amazing holiday in Vietnam, we thought we’d try this fairly new hotel. While Newport Hotel is clean, quiet, and fairly nice, unfortunately, it did not meet our expectations. We truly appreciated the attentive staff and the peaceful, somewhat secluded location just off the main road. Unfortunately, the food was another story. "This is a new resort that is still under construction. It was quiet and beautiful, and the staff were great. "Staff supreme"

"Would not recommend to anyone. The amenities are not as listed. Would be better off staying somewhere else!"

"I was surprised breakfast was not served. When I asked she said she thought the "security guy" brought it. I wonder what the security guy had to do with breakfast! "
